年尾大掃除的大發現

大掃除是一年一度的艱巨工作,去年才開始學習這功課,因為開始得太遲,只能完成小部份。

今年提早去做,再次找到一些照片及錢之餘,最開心的是找回一食譜。這是初學又相當成功的食譜,曾多次在網上去找也不果,不久便可以再做了。

Cream Cheese Gelatin Cake
Ingredients
1.Cream cheese 8 oz
2.Jello 6 oz
3.Whipping cream 1 cup
4.Water 1 cup
5.Sugar 1 cup
6.Gelatin 1/2 oz
7.Crushed pineapple 1 can

Method
1.Mix 1 cup water with gelatin and pour into the container. Put in the fridge until it’s set.
2.Mix cream cheese, sugar and whipping cream. Stirring over low heat.
3.Add strained pineapple into the warm mixture and stir well.
4.Pour the mixture over the set-gelatin, and pop in the fridge for 3 – 4 hours.

Remarks: Flower Round Shaped Mold would make the dessert more presentable.
