蕃薯花生米醋紫米粥

早陣子買了的蕃薯仍未吃,決定用來煮蕃薯花生米醋糯米粥。

家裏只有紫米,即黑糯米,想是可以用來代替品。因黑糯米是帶殼的,煮的時間較長,顏色是紫色的,那種粥的感覺不及白糯米的稠糊。經過燜了一夜,今早再吃的效果好多了。看來這個版本不及傳統的,但營養成份則較為優勝。
