有沒有想過現代的煮食爐比起已前的要大火力多了,除了所謂鑊氣外,只是為加快了煮食的時間吧!至於鑊氣能影響食物味道有多少,我就沒有研究。但現在崇尚清淡的食物,蒸、煮及烚都是健康的煮食方法。

 

從這簡約的煮食中也可以幫助節能。
