半途而廢

今天獨自在海濱公園步行,來回那 1 km 路段共 6 次,即 6 km。以我的步速約每分鐘 100 m,連其他路段共行了 10 km。若是跑步我未必可以有這樣長的耐力,加上急步行沒有跑步對膝蓋壓力那麼大,對我來說是較理想的運動

邊行的時候忽發奇想,就是要學多年前想學的中國笛。還有回家後要開始練琴,否則那座鋼琴就只一件不時會提醒我「半途而廢」的家具了。
